fix: CLI names the nav v2 settings paths - #39

The CLI still sent people to "Settings → API Key" and "program Settings, Connect Stripe", the paths from before nav v2. API keys now live under Program settings → Developers → API keys, and Connect Stripe under Program settings → Payments. Test fixtures now carry the CMS hint text from Affitor/affitor#519, and a test pins the Stripe path. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
