Add project-scoped
affitor agent setupand staticaffitor doctorfor Claude Code, Cursor, and manual Codex configuration. Preview requires explicit client selection and consent; apply preserves unrelated config, keeps private first-snapshot backups, and rolls back ordinary failures. The pinned MCP launcher reads only a program credential and disables sale/refund tools.R1 shares a fail-closed credential parser between doctor and launcher and protects backups. R2 makes credential ignore rules effective despite root/child negations, removes inherited API URL aliases case-insensitively, and avoids executable Codex shell text on Windows when the shell is unknown. Windows users receive exact command/argument fields for manual MCP settings; POSIX shells retain the quoted command.
Validation: build/lint, 204 local tests (two Windows cases skipped), Linux CI and real Windows smoke 2/2 pass on b271bf7. Reproduced Git/env failures before fixing; Windows negative control reproduces the old unsafe command. No real API requests or credential exposure. This PR does not mint per-agent credentials or prove a live agent session; those remain separate. No version bump/publish.
