TrackCosmicExtended reader, attach to InputHelper and RecoContainer - #16017

Reader: new DPL device "cosmic-ext-reader" (TrackCosmicsExtendedReaderSpec) reading the "cosmicsFull" tree of o2_cosmics_full.root written by cosmics-full-writer of @matthias-kleiner, and pushing the same messages the writer receives: GLO/COSMFULL (vector<TrackCosmicsExtended>), GLO/COSMFULLTF (CosmicsTFInfo) and GLO/COSMFULLTFID (TFIDInfo). InputHelper: new InputHelper::addInputSpecsCosmicsExtended(cfgc, specs) attaches the reader (skipped with --disable-root-input). It is also exposed in o2-global-track-cluster-reader via the new option --cosmic-ext. RecoContainer: the extended cosmics can be requested and retrieved like the old cosmics: - request: dataRequest->requestCosmicExtTracks(mc), (mc is a dummy, added for uniformity) - retrieve: recoData.getCosmicExtTracks() / getCosmicExtTrack(i), getCosmicExtTFInfo(), getCosmicExtTFID(). The user code must include DataFormatsGlobalTracking/TrackCosmicsExtended.h and CommonDataFormat/TFIDInfo.h. The messages are ROOT-serialized, the deserialized objects are kept alive in the RecoContainer until the next TF. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5
