CI on main (run 40116720407) fails on
jacoco:check: line coverage 0.89 < 0.90. Tests all pass; the poison-shape scanner added with ADR-0035/0034 had uncovered lexer branches. Adds a direct accept/reject table for EnvelopeShape (coverage 0.899 -> 0.935 locally, JDK 17). Test-only, no production change.
