Moves the How to Send Email in ASP.NET Core sample into CodeMazeGuides: net10.0, Program.cs only, MailKit 4.18.1 in place of NETCore.MailKit, MailboxAddress.Parse, the SMTP password out of appsettings.json, and a framework reference for IFormFileCollection in the class library.

Moves the sample for How to Send Email in ASP.NET Core Web API With Attachments from the separate email-attachments-aspnet-core repository into a new dotnet-client-libraries/SendEmailWithMailKit folder, next to the FluentEmail and SendGrid samples. Both projects target net10.0 with Program.cs only, MailKit 4.18.1 replaces the NETCore.MailKit wrapper, addresses use MailboxAddress.Parse, the SMTP password is no longer in appsettings.json (user secrets in development), and the class library gets the ASP.NET Core framework reference that IFormFileCollection needs.
