Shortly put, I'm Leo, an HPC Engineering student @ Politecnico di Milano, and I'm into low-level development, novel architectures for hardware accelerators and scientific computing! I'm part of two teams: one is PlumJuice, a team of students from Sapienza University of Rome, and I've competed in the IndySCC'25 competition (I still serve as advisor for the newer entries); the other is SapienzaStudents, a community of students from the department of Computer Science in Sapienza; with them, I built the website of the association which serves as a knowledge hub for all the students in the department.
\begin{Some "Skills"}
\begin{itemize}
\item Python for data analysis and ML (numpy, torch, pandas)
\item Web development (HTML+CSS, JS, Vue.js/Nuxt.js)
\item C for multicore (C, C++, MPI, OpenMP)
\item GPU programming (CUDA)
\item Linux tools (bash & affines)
\item Containerization (Docker, Apptainer)
\item Accelerators (Cerebras CSL)
\end{itemize}
\end{Some "Skills"}When I'm not in front of the PC, I take pictures and cook different things (I guess that the first one could've been guessed by the pictures on the left...). Oh, and also, I speak just a couple languages:
