Summary

Adds community health / open-source metadata files and removes leftover tessl + Codex configuration that is no longer used.

Changes

Community health files

  • Add CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md (Contributor Covenant v2.1), with enforcement contact at support@evilbitlabs.io
  • Add CITATION.cff (CFF 1.2.0) so the repo is citable
  • Link the Code of Conduct from CONTRIBUTING.md, README.md, and the issue-template config.yml contact links

Config cleanup

  • Remove tessl.json (vendored rust-skills dependency, no longer used)
  • Remove .codex/config.toml (tessl MCP server config)
  • Empty the mcpServers block in .mcp.json
  • Register rust-skills@rust-skills plugin in .claude/settings.json

Docs polish

  • Tag the README example-output fence as text

Test plan

  • just gen-fixtures + just test -> 655 passed, 23 skipped
  • CI green (clippy, rustfmt, tests, CodeQL, cargo-deny)

Fill the one missing community-health file and polish related packaging:

- Add CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md (Contributor Covenant 2.1) with enforcement
contact support@evilbitlabs.io, matching the SECURITY.md convention
- Reference the Code of Conduct from CONTRIBUTING.md, the README
Contributing section, and the issue-template contact links
- Add CITATION.cff so the tool can be cited (Apache-2.0, org author)
- Add a language tag to the README TTY-table code fence (MD040)

📝 Walkthrough

This change is repo-structure and community-metadata focused, with no API or binary-format handling changes and no semantic classification behavior changes.

  • Added CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md (Contributor Covenant v2.1) with enforcement contact support@evilbitlabs.io, plus CITATION.cff (CFF 1.2.0) so the project can be cited.
  • Linked the Code of Conduct from README.md, CONTRIBUTING.md, and the GitHub issue template (.github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/config.yml contact_links).
  • Removed unused Tessl/Codex configuration (tessl.json, .codex/config.toml) and cleared the tessl MCP server from .mcp.json by emptying the mcpServers mapping.
  • Updated editor/AI tooling config: enabled rust-skills@rust-skills in .claude/settings.json and adjusted README formatting.
  • Updated README.md “Example Output” to reflect JSON Lines output by switching the jq usage accordingly, and labeled the example TTY snippet code fence as text.

Poem

A code of conduct now has its say,
With citation stars to chart the way.
One server gone, one plugin wakes,
Less config churn, fewer false positives it takes.

The --json formatter emits JSON Lines (one object per line), not a JSON
array, so the piped example used array-iteration syntax (.[]) that errors
on every line with 'Cannot index string with string'. Replace with a
line-by-line filter: jq 'select(.tags | index("Url"))'.
