What

Adds .lycheeignore entries for four hosts that answer the link checker with 403: www.oreilly.com/library/, community.sap.com, medium.com, and artofcommunityonline.org.

Why

These sites reject automated requests while loading fine in a browser.
The scheduled Link Check on main already fails on them, and they block unrelated PRs: #942 fails Link Check PR on two of them (an O'Reilly video page and an SAP Community blog post), in files it touches but did not introduce.
The existing O'Reilly entry covers only one exact pub/e/3884 URL, so the library/ paths were never excluded.

Notes

Patterns are host-level on purpose, since every page on these sites behaves the same way.

… of Community

These sites reject the link checker's automated requests with 403 while loading fine in a browser.
They fail the scheduled Link Check on main and block unrelated PRs such as InnerSourceCommons#942.
