What to build

• A new Code review session kind and its Session prompt. It's a review-only session that runs the production code-review Factory skill on the diff as it was reviewed, under the implement session's sub-agent rules. Today only the implement session runs that review, inside itself.
• The Trial flag runs it, and the code-review suite runs three Trials per Arm and reports pass^3.
• The prompts page is regenerated.

Acceptance criteria

• The Trial flag runs a Code review session with a fake Harness, and its reports are kept.
• The code-review suite runs three Trials per Arm and reports pass^3.
• The prompts page's check passes.
