Summary of changes

Document that local conversation forks preserve custom stuck-detection thresholds and own an independent copy of that configuration.

Companion implementation: OpenHands/software-agent-sdk#6239. This draft follows that implementation and uses the matching codex/fork-preserve-stuck-thresholds branch.

Source verification:

• Local fork constructor copies the threshold model.
• Native source/fork behavior comparisons: original code 5 failed / 2 passed; fixed code 7 passed, with 42 relevant tests passing.

Validation: source and native behavior checked as above; git diff --check passes. This six-line prose addition changes no example, navigation, link, or component. The Mintlify site was not rendered locally. The wording is explicitly limited to LocalConversation; remote threshold propagation is not claimed.
