Summary of changes
Document remote stuck detection threshold configuration in Python, REST and TypeScript, defaults and validation, persistence/server forks, and compatibility with older servers. Companion SDK PR: OpenHands/software-agent-sdk#6242 (fixes OpenHands/software-agent-sdk#6240); source implementation: e6e5425ac.
Verified against the contribution head: request model, authoritative defaults/validation, and TypeScript mapping.
Validation: git diff --check; source verification plus deterministic live HTTP create/run/reload/fork regressions, fresh-service reconstruction, separate server process restart/fork and TypeScript transport smoke. No Mintlify rendering was run. AI-assisted contribution; no human review or personal testing is asserted. Merge with/after the SDK fix.
