Mangrove health check runs a review query against api.mangrove.reviews once a minute per instance #649

What happened?

integrations/reviews-mangrove/manifest.json declares https://api.mangrove.reviews/reviews?limit=1 as the integration's health check, and the integration host refreshes health every 60 seconds. Every running OpenMapX instance therefore sends a review query to the Mangrove database once a minute, around the clock. From the API side we count about 43,000 such requests a week with the Open-MapX/1.0 and OpenMapX/1.0 user agents, which is 16 percent of all traffic to the Mangrove API. The API runs on small shared infrastructure, and the constant load contributes to timeouts for every app that uses it.

What did you expect?

A health check that confirms the API is reachable at a cost close to zero for the provider. GET https://api.mangrove.reviews/ answers with a 308 redirect to the documentation without touching the database, and GET https://api.mangrove.reviews/robots.txt returns a static 200. Checking an external service every 10 or 15 minutes rather than every minute would also fit, since a third-party API's availability changes rarely and each probe costs the provider a request.

1. Run any OpenMapX instance with the built-in reviews-mangrove integration enabled, which is the default.
2. Watch outbound requests from the API service.
3. One GET https://api.mangrove.reviews/reviews?limit=1 leaves every 60 seconds.

If OpenMapX ever wants the whole review dataset instead of per-subject queries, GET https://api.mangrove.reviews/dump redirects to a daily download in JSON (Accept: application/json) or CSV (Accept: text/csv). Happy to help with either change.
