Handlebars 4.7.9 remains in the build compiler and browser runtime, and the dependency-only update in #7 leaves release checks and license paths pinned to that version. Release 1.1.19 uses the official 4.7.10 fixes for CVE-2026-106444, CVE-2026-106445 and CVE-2026-106446, with synchronized lockfile, build checks, notices and compatibility documentation.
The new regressions exercise all three advisories and an alternate AST form, plus legitimate parsed templates, precompiled runtime partials and escaping. Product tests load both emitted bundles in en-US and zh-TW and preserve remote error text and form values. The existing query and DOM boundary tests remain required.
The security gate now retains its exact tested archive, SBOM, scans, validation log and SHA256SUMS for release publication. scripts/ci still performs two complete builds and directly compares their bytes; the workflow's redundant third build is removed. No browser source or API contract changes.
Validation: all 11 focused security tests pass with 4.7.10; the official CVE triggers failed against 4.7.9 while the legitimate control passed. Full product, reproducibility and required CI gates are recorded below before merge.
Supersedes #7 after this complete release passes review and the existing required checks: Analyze (actions), Analyze (javascript-typescript), and build-test-scan. Server integration remains coordinated separately.
