Pin Agent wrapper 1.2.34 to the formally published node-agent-base 0.3.8 image by exact digest. The base contains the qualified Ubuntu backports 0.1.1 Brotli fix for CVE-2026-111497; its publication, raw/effective scan, consumer proof, normal Brotli controls, entrypoint/TLS checks, anonymous registry readback, provenance and explicit SBOM predicate verification all passed in publisher run 40176128160.
Only the wrapper image/self-version and owning release-contract assertions change. Registration, bootstrap, Python application code, Server defaults and Catalog are unchanged. The existing publisher retains the normal Brotli/entrypoint/owning bootstrap smoke and original SBOM/raw/effective/consumer evidence before publishing the new immutable tag.
Validation: all 9 focused package-consistency guards pass, and git diff --check passes. Required four-language CodeQL checks and formal wrapper publication follow the normal protected-main flow. No VM or live service is changed by this PR.
