I've spent 9+ years in software and machine learning, mostly bringing AI into companies whose core business isn't tech: pharma, healthcare, insurance, and legal.
- Agent infrastructure: sandboxed execution for LLM-generated code, policy engines, and trust boundaries for agents
- Model routing: multi-provider orchestration across OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-weight models
- Governed data access: AI on Snowflake (Cortex Analyst, Cortex Agents) and Azure AI, with role-based exposure and audit
- Evaluation and post-training: release gates, calibrated LLM-as-judge, and SFT, DPO, and RL for agentic tool use
- AI governance: approval workflows, human-in-the-loop controls, and audit trails that risk and compliance teams sign off on
- Grew a GenAI platform from a 60-scientist pilot to 30,000+ users, cutting a two-week regulated analysis to about 30 minutes
- Cut per-document processing cost by over 97% through re-architecture and self-hosted open-source components
- Post-trained a 35B MoE agent model to match Claude Sonnet 5.5 on a 600-task agent benchmark at about 12x lower cost
- Led a distributed team of 10 to 14 engineers and conducted 300+ technical interviews
