Overview
Adds user-facing documentation for socket organization dependencies, which lists dependency artifacts already stored for the authenticated org (not a local scan).

The new docs/organization-dependencies.md guide covers API auth (socket login / SOCKET_CLI_API_TOKEN), manual pagination with --limit (1–100, default 50) and --offset, table vs --json output (including data.rows, end, etc.), and --dry-run behavior differences between 1.x and 2.x prerelease.

README “See also” now links to that guide.
