Owner: delete the delivery board. Do not keep it.

The UI in question is the repository-wide GitHub snapshot: Today / 7 days metrics (新单、关单、新PR、合入PR、CI 红占比、关单/合入中位), open issues/PRs line, Retry / 诊断, and the "来自安装包" / delivery.repo header. Screenshot attached by owner 2026-10-27 (~14:43 Asia/Shanghai) on ThinkFlowLab/FlyBot package-default board.

Out of scope

Keep the per-Bot task / kanban board (track_tasks). Do not remove Workflow (#1318 / #1330).

Likely surface (verify; do not treat as prescription)

Hypothesis only — investigate and cut cleanly:

• Host: core/src/host/delivery-board.js, delivery-repo.js, delivery-probe.mjs, channel endpoints delivery-board / delivery-probe
• Client: DeliveryBoard / useDeliveryBoard / delivery-view, i18n block #1173
• Shared: board-card.js delivery skin if only used by delivery board
• Docs/changelog/tests that exist only for the delivery board

Related open work

#1265 (one board: delivery + task) and follow-ons (#1345, #1360, …) assumed the delivery board stays. Closing or retargeting those is part of this change once the board is gone — do not leave agent-working threads building on a deleted surface without updating the issues.

Done when

1. No delivery-board entry in the product UI; no delivery-board / delivery-probe endpoints (or they 404/refuse cleanly if something still calls them).
2. Task/kanban board still works.
3. Tests updated; changelog fragment; Birfy-ready PR with Fixes #<this>.
