Bump the generated-gates lesson to Seen 3x (#177) - #208

An intermediate push of #177 failed the package job (patches/pin check, run 39028263159) before its final green tip — the same packaging-only class as #94 and #99. The 2026-10-15 lesson is now at three sightings and, being three days old, is promotion-eligible into docs/code-standards.md; that promotion stays with the maintainer. Docs-only change to LESSONS.md at the repo root: no owned file under docs/subsystems/ changed, so no subsystem-doc update and no changelog fragment (not user-visible). Local verify not run (no core harness in this checkout); CI runs the full suite on the PR.

The 2026-10-17 failure digest found that an intermediate push of #177 failed the
packagejob (run 39028263159, patches/pin check) before its final green tip — the same packaging-only class as #94 and #99. This bumps the 2026-10-15 LESSONS.md lesson to Seen 3× and notes it is now ≥3 days old, i.e. promotion-eligible into docs/code-standards.md (merge-gate section). The promotion itself stays with the maintainer.One-line change to LESSONS.md at the repo root.
Ran: git fetch/branch/commit; LESSONS.md diff reviewed.
