Fix reserved prefix checks for case variants and foreign keys - #580
Queries could bypass the _wp_sqlite_ prefix guard by changing letter case or declaring foreign keys that reference internal tables. SQLite resolves ASCII identifiers case insensitively, while foreign-key references skipped the guard entirely.
This change rejects both forms of reserved references. Prefix checks are now case insensitive, and CREATE TABLE and ALTER TABLE validate foreign-key identifiers before recording metadata. Regression tests cover rejected references, preserved schema and data, later table drops, and valid names and foreign keys.
Summary by CodeRabbit
Bug Fixes
Reserved-prefix checks now handle mixed-case and qualified identifiers consistently, including identifiers in foreign-key references and savepoints, and remain consistent when ANSI_QUOTES is enabled.
Invalid foreign-key references are rejected without changing existing tables or schema metadata.
Identifiers that only resemble reserved names remain usable, and table-option changes continue to work without foreign-key identifier validation.
The change makes reserved-prefix matching case-insensitive and validates identifiers in foreign-key REFERENCES clauses during CREATE TABLE and schema-changing ALTER TABLE processing. Tests cover rejected statements, preserved table state, and accepted identifiers.
Reserved-prefix matching is now case-insensitive. Tests cover mixed-case and qualified names, ANSI_QUOTES, several SQL operations, savepoints, and names that resemble the reserved prefix.
WordPress/sqlite-database-integration#557: Adds processing for table constraints in parenthesized ALTER TABLE ... ADD lists. This change validates foreign-key references during ALTER TABLE processing.

Match the reserved prefix using the same ASCII case-insensitive comparison as SQLite identifier resolution.
Cover case variants, quoted and qualified names, reads and writes, and similar names that remain valid.

Fix reserved prefix checks for case variants and foreign keys

Validate REFERENCES identifiers with the existing driver checks before CREATE TABLE or ALTER TABLE records metadata. This prevents foreign keys from targeting internal tables and disrupting later operations.
Cover rejected references, preserved schema and data, and valid foreign keys with similar names.

Provide an upgrade path for existing names.
The previous check allowed a table such as _WP_SQLITE_orders. After an upgrade, queries and ALTER TABLE against that table fail, so users cannot access or rename it through the MySQL interface. The configurator has no migration for these names. (raw.githubusercontent.com)
Provide pre-upgrade detection and a supported migration path for existing user-owned identifiers.
