Feat/emode only borrowable note - #3147

On v3.6+ pools a reserve with borrowing disabled can still be borrowed in specific E-Mode categories. Market rows (desktop and mobile) now show an 'E-Mode only' note with the categories in a tooltip, and the reserve page shows an info notice naming them. Shared helper getBorrowableOnlyInEModeLabels trusts the backend's eModeInfo[].canBeBorrowed. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
