Removes the Segment-based usage telemetry from the SDK. OpenTelemetry tracing (askui.telemetry.otel, opt-in, exports to the endpoint you configure) is unchanged.

• Removed the @telemetry.record_call decorators from ComputerAgent, AndroidAgent, WebAgent, Agent and the AskUI controller client.
• Removed the telemetry modules (Telemetry, TelemetrySettings, Segment processor, anonymous/device ID, user identification), askui.container, askui.settings and the to_telemetry_dict() model methods.
• Dropped segment-analytics-python and py-machineid; lock updated with no other version changes.
• Removed the usage-telemetry docs section, the .env.template entry and the related tests.

BREAKING CHANGE: the removed modules and types above are gone; ASKUI__VA__TELEMETRY__* environment variables have no effect.

Checks pass locally: format, typecheck, lint, 802 unit tests. @philipph-askui could you include this in the next release?
