Fixes #19 (docs part).

Cause. The README and pack docs describe main, but PyPI only has 0.2.1. That release has no aml or rag-local extra and lists only db-agent, rag-lakebase and the rag-sec-filings packs, so pip install 'labagent[rag-local,aml]' warns and aml is not a known pack. The code is not broken.

Change. New Install section in the README with the GitHub install line, and the same line in README.md, docs/aml.md and docs/packs.md. Double quotes work in bash, PowerShell and cmd (single quotes do not work in cmd, which the reporter was using).

Verified. In a fresh venv on macOS: pip install "labagent[aml] @ git+https://github.com/becloudready/labagent" installs, and labagent packs lists aml, db-agent, dbx-lakehouse, dbx-workspace, rag-ide, rag-sec-tutorial. Not run on Windows.

Not done. Publishing a new PyPI release. That is what fully fixes the issue, and it needs your go-ahead. main still says version 0.2.1, so pip shows the same version as PyPI; bump it when you release.

PyPI has 0.2.1, which has no aml or rag-local extra and fewer packs than main.
README and the pack docs now say so and give a pip line that works in bash,
PowerShell and cmd (double quotes), after upgrading pip.
