Bannière « Supprimer le jeton » quand tous les projets sont migrés, Debug DeployRequest qui masque le PAT, reprise des livraisons webhook restées en received au démarrage, plus de création de hooks par dépôt en mode App. DEVFORGE_LEGACY_WEBHOOK=0 et suppression du handler restent pour la version suivante.
