This PR copies the GitHub Release body under
## 0.7.3and deletes only thechangelog/unreleased/files that existed at55998c5a593fdb0924c548ff00eda5da7227c116. Fragments added after the tag stay unpublished.Opened manually; Actions cannot create PRs (same as #365 for v0.7.2).
