Archive the notes published in v0.7.5.
This PR copies the GitHub Release body under
## 0.7.5and deletes only thechangelog/unreleased/files that existed atc6854e5e73a42f330b1099f9af5679ac6cdc5e6d. Fragments added after the tag stay unpublished.Opened manually because the Release workflow changelog job cannot create PRs with the Actions token.
Merge this PR. Do not re-run
release.ymlto archive notes — a second run would mint the next patch.
