Summary

Add a Sessions | Projects tab switcher to the session picker header, replacing the static title.
Add a Projects tab listing navigable projects, with search by name or branch, keyboard navigation, and open-on-select.
Make the tab switch a configurable direct shortcut (switchPickerTab, default Ctrl+S), shown in the footer hint and in Settings -> Keyboard Shortcuts -> Navigation.
