The hosted Outlook MCP server gained create_draft / update_draft / send_draft on 2026-09-30, but the plugin still described itself as "search, read, and send" only, so users kept asking for drafts (cursor#450, cursor#310). Update the README summary and plugin.json description, bump to 1.0.1 so the marketplace re-indexes, note it in the changelog. No change to mcp.json.
The skills docs require `name` to be lowercase letters, digits and hyphens and to match the parent folder. Two vendor skills use a display string: `X MCP guide` in third_party/x and `X Money guide` in third_party/x-money. Rename both to their directory names. No version bump here: the X team publishes its own releases and the previous bump kept conflicting with them. Fixes cursor#269.

One branch with the three listing and docs fixes currently open as separate PRs, cherry-picked in numeric order on top of
main519d36a. Each change keeps its own commit (four in total), so this can be reviewed as four small diffs or landed as one. If a single PR is easier to review, this replaces #498, #600 and #621; if the separate PRs are preferred, close this one.Included

Not included: #771 and #772, which turned out to duplicate @lab1207's #485 and #488 from the start of the month; both are closed in favour of those.
