materials in the distribution that adopts this license, except Branding.
"Branding" means the project names, logos, icons, splash screens, visual
identity, and trade dress designated in the COPYRIGHT NOTICE or LICENSE
header of the Software distribution (and any confusingly similar marks).
Branding is NOT licensed under this document. Use of Branding requires
separate written permission from the copyright holder.
"Prohibited Distribution" means any distribution of the Software (or a
derivative) that:
(a) is a frivolous or duplicate listing in an app store, marketplace, or
similar channel that adds no substantial value;
(b) is malicious (e.g., contains malware, steals data, or harms users); or
(c) is cognitively or commercially abusive, including stuffing the product
with ads, dark patterns, or monetization that exploits users or the

3. RESERVED RIGHTS: BRANDING ONLY

3.1 Branding. No right is granted to use Branding. You may not use the
names, logos, or trade dress designated for the Software to imply

as the official project without such permission.
3.2 Competing Use and Incorporation are NOT reserved under CSL-1.0-B
(see CSL-1.0-BC and CSL-1.0-BCI for those restrictions).

4. PROHIBITED CONDUCT AND REMEDIES

4.1 You may not create, publish, or maintain any Prohibited Distribution,
or misuse Branding in violation of Section 3.1. Doing so is a material
breach.
4.2 Upon material breach, rights under this license terminate automatically
as to you and any entity you control that participates in the breach.
The copyright holder may seek injunctive relief and damages, including
(where enforceable) liquidated damages of USD 50,000 per distinct
Prohibited Distribution, plus an additional USD 50,000 if the distribution
is malicious or cognitively abusive as in Section 1(c), and reasonable
attorneys' fees to the prevailing party in enforcement actions.
4.3 Remedies are cumulative and not exclusive.
