Add tests/test_gradient.py to the NVIDIA OpenACC CI test list so the existing gradient tests run on GPUs.
Fixes #3079.
Validation: All 34 tests in tests/test_gradient.py passed locally with the NVIDIA OpenACC backend on an RTX 4060 using nvc 25.7 under Docker Desktop / WSL2. No tests were skipped; runtime was 561.05 seconds.
The local run used a single process and the full test suite and pre-commit checks were not run locally.
