automation: trigger the edera/6.18-lts audit weekly - #54

edera/6.18-lts audits itself for Edera commits from edera/mainline that it lacks (kernel-nightly.yml with audit=true), but scheduled workflows run only from the default branch. Add a workflow here whose only job is to dispatch that audit every Monday.

Weekly schedule for the
edera/6.18-ltsaudit added in #53. Scheduled workflows only run from the default branch, so this workflow's only job is to dispatchkernel-nightly.ymlonedera/6.18-ltswithaudit=true, Mondays 09:41 UTC, after that night's rebases. It follows the same pattern aslts-rebase-trigger.yml.Land after #53. Until that PR lands, the dispatch fails because the
auditinput doesn't exist there yet.It changes only automation, so
pending-backports.shnever offers it for backport.
