Summary

  • Proposes ADR-015: a change to a record in the family memory is a commit by a person. The author says who, the committer says which account wrote it, and bots mark the changes they write for a person with Correction: and Set: trailers.
  • A regenerate applies those commits again instead of freezing the file, so diary cards stop being frozen and hand edits stop being lost.

Refs: #220

People change records three ways (chat corrections, the agent's
`stack memory write`, hand edits), and each record type treats those
changes differently: notes keep replies, diary cards freeze, documents
and emails lose hand edits on a reprocess.

ADR-015 makes git the change record. The author says who, the committer
says which account wrote it, bots mark the changes they write for a
person with `Correction:` and `Set:` trailers, and a regenerate applies
a person's commits again instead of freezing the file.
