README: wakelock_plus is evaluated but not provided - #15

watchOS has no public API that keeps the display lit: UIApplication, and with it idleTimerDisabled, is unavailable there, and frontmostTimeoutExtended has not been supported since watchOS 7. WKExtendedRuntimeSession keeps the app running, not the screen, and needs a session type that matches the app's use, so giving every app one is an App Review risk (guideline 2.5.4). #10 implemented the wakelock that way and was closed for these reasons. The README moves wakelock_plus from "Feasible but not yet ported" to "Evaluated but not provided", with that reason and a link to #10.

Docs only. Moves
wakelock_plusfrom "Feasible but not yet ported" to "Evaluated but not provided" in the root README, with the reason #10 was closed:UIApplication, and with itidleTimerDisabled, is unavailable on watchOS, andWKExtension.frontmostTimeoutExtendedhas not been supported since watchOS 7 (both checked in the watchOS 27.0 SDK headers).WKExtendedRuntimeSessionkeeps the app running, not the screen, and needs a session type inWKBackgroundModesthat matches the app's use. Giving every app one, as a wakelock package would have to, is an App Review risk under guideline 2.5.4.The new row links #10.
