Decision titles use the document body size and their description the 14px interface size. The project, document title, view tabs, Build plan and build capsule all read at 14px again: btn-sm moved to 12px with the Nova button scale, which left the views and Build smaller than the title. New question descriptions are at most 140 characters, option labels 60 and option descriptions 160. The Planner's ask, refine and revise tools advertise the same bounds, and its prompt asks for one sentence that starts with a capital and puts code names in backticks. Why: packages/question/src/limits.ts | stored and chat-derived decisions keep the legacy MAX_LABEL/MAX_DESCRIPTION/MAX_QUESTION_DESCRIPTION bounds; only MAX_NEW_* apply to newly authored text Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

question-view.tsx only swaps the Add an option field's maxLength to MAX_NEW_LABEL; no forwarded class name or callout feedback changed. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
A font-size override left their icons at the compact size. btn-md carries 14px text with its 16px icon; the build capsule sets 14px in its own rule. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Decision cards
The title now reads at prose size (16px) instead of the 14px interface size, and the optional description moves up from 12px to 14px.
New decision text is shorter (stored and chat-derived decisions keep their old bounds):
normalize, appendOption, addOption, the Add an option field, and the Planner'sask,refine_decisionandrevise_open_decisionschemas and validators all use the new bounds. The Planner prompt asks for a one-sentence description that starts with a capital and puts code names in backticks.Document header
ff1ec7c8amovedbtn-smto 12px, so the view tabs and Build plan fell below the 14px project and title. The view tabs, Build plan and Connect Chopin now usebtn-md(32px, 14px text, 16px icon) instead of a font override; the build capsule sets 14px in its own rule.Checks
bun test: the decision changes pass (one expiry-reserve test now uses a label under 60 characters); remaining local failures are environment-only (DEMO_PERSONAS, config and install tests).bun run ci/bun run types: clean apart from untracked local design-jig files./design-audit: card title 16px, description, tabs and title 14px. Build plan isn't on that page, so it is untested in a browser.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
