Problem

On phones the landing header was sticky and wrapped into three rows (logo, language/theme/install, in-page anchors), taking 221 px at 390x844 and 264 px at 360x740, up to 36% of the viewport. It stayed pinned while scrolling, leaving very little room for content.

Separately, the analytics script was loaded from umami.domatix.com, which the page CSP does not allow (script-src/connect-src only permit stat.domatix.com), so visits were silently dropped.

Changes

  • landing/styles.css: on max-width: 860px the nav becomes position: static and a single compact row (logo, language, theme). In-page anchors and the install CTA are hidden on phones; NextSync is a GNOME desktop app, so the CTA is a desktop affordance. Desktop behaviour is unchanged.
  • landing/index.html: analytics host switched from umami.domatix.com to the CSP-allowed stat.domatix.com (same data-website-id). Cache-bust bumped to ?v=3.

Verification

Playwright run at 360, 390 and 414 px plus desktop: 28/28 checks passing locally and against production.

  • Mobile nav height 57 px, position: static, scrolls away with the page.
  • Desktop nav 63 px, sticky, anchors and CTA visible.
  • No horizontal overflow, ES/EN switch and theme toggle working, no console errors.
  • Analytics request POST https://stat.domatix.com/api/send returns 200.

Already deployed to https://nextsync.cloudless.club/ and verified there.
