fix(dbkit/sqlite): end commit and row lock waits with their context - #113
Breaking. A lock wait in a commit now ends when the context given to BeginTx ends. A lock wait while reading a later row of a query, or closing its rows, ends with the query's context. Each answers that context's error alone, not dbkit.ErrBusy, and so does an InTx error from its commit.
Breaking. A share's Tx.Commit that waits for a lock now ends with the context of Begin or at the transaction timeout. Its error matches that context error, not dbkit.ErrBusy.
dbkit/sqlite now needs modernc.org/sqlite v1.61.1. modernc.org/libc stays v1.79.0.
Six tests cover it: a later row, closing the rows of an INSERT ... RETURNING, a commit, a commit through InTx, and a share's commit at its transaction timeout and when its Begin context ends. Each one waits on an attached file without a write-ahead log while another connection holds it. They replace the two tests that pinned the old wait.
Why
modernc.org/sqlite v1.61.1 keeps the context of BeginTx for Commit, and the query's context for Rows.Next and Rows.Close. Before, these waits had no context and lasted the full BusyTimeout.

Walkthrough
The SQLite module now requires modernc.org/sqlite v1.61.1. Busy-lock tests check context cancellation and transaction-deadline errors across query steps, row closing, and transaction commits. The changelog documents these outcomes.

Summary
Dependency update and lock-wait validation dbkit/sqlite/go.mod, dbkit/sqlite/busy_test.go, dbkit/sqlite/CHANGELOG.md
The module dependency changes to modernc.org/sqlite v1.61.1. Busy-lock tests now expect context errors for blocked query steps, row closing, direct commits, dbkit.InTx commits, and share commits. The tests also check that blocked writes leave no auxiliary rows. The changelog records the updated outcomes.

Explanation
The title "fix(dbkit/sqlite): end commit and row lock waits with their context" matches the main change. The changeset ends SQLite lock waits for commits, later-row reads, and row closing when their context ends, and returns the context error instead of dbkit.ErrBusy. The title names the module, the operation types, and the context-based behavior. It is specific and does not use vague terms. Minor note: the title does not mention the breaking change or the share commit path, but it does not need to cover every detail.

Explanation
Docstring coverage is 58.33% which is insufficient. The required threshold is 80.00%. Docstring coverage is scoped to functions touched by this diff with cyclomatic complexity of at least 2. Documentation-only edits and deletions within surviving functions are included; unchanged diff context and fully deleted functions are excluded. Analyzed 12 functions across 1 files. Resolution
Write docstrings for the functions missing them to satisfy the coverage threshold.
Full details: Linked Issues check
Explanation
Issue [#104] requires commit waits to stop with the BeginTx context. The PR summary reports this behavior and reports direct and InTx commit tests. Issue [#104] also requires verification that rollback after a failed commit does not wait for a lock and requires Rollback to remain unwrapped. The available evidence does not establish that verification or the rollback implementation.
Resolution
Provide focused source and test evidence that Rollback remains unwrapped and that rollback after a failed lock-waiting commit does not wait for the lock.
