Adds a reconciled architecture and exactness review of compiler revision 0e4bb6b, with 24 prioritized finding groups, qualified contract limitations, and implementation/testing/documentation proposals. Both independent reviewers approved the exact report digest; the approval exchange and original assessments are preserved as provenance.

The entry point is reviews/2026-10-23/README.md. The bundle contains the approved report, reproduction/probe scripts, observed results, validation logs, benchmark data, checksum manifests, and the original smoke-tested distribution artifacts. A top-level review index and current reproduction commands make the evidence navigable. Compiler implementation, existing tests, and golden snapshots are unchanged.

Historical probe failures are evidence rather than a passing regression suite: some original expectations were withdrawn or qualified during reconciliation. The report and artifact indexes explicitly distinguish these from the accepted findings.

Validation:

  • make check: 1,160 passed, 1 skipped; combined statement/branch coverage 96%.
  • Verified that the approved report digest remains unchanged after relocation.
  • Verified archived artifact checksums and every review Markdown link.
  • Reran the additional probe from its new location; output matches the archived observations.

The original review also passed docs, examples/notebooks, five fuzz seeds, optional JAX/PyTorch checks, dependency-floor tests, and isolated wheel/sdist smoke tests; those results are recorded in the bundle.
