Move the toolchain to Vite+, like honojs/hono:
vp fmtandvp lintreplace Prettier and ESLint,vp testruns Vitest 5, andvp packreplaces tsdown. The config is invite.config.ts, with the same format options and lint rules as hono. CI runspnpm run check.vitepoints to@voidzero-dev/vite-plus-core, asvp migratesets it. The tests of--runtime viteuse it.srcchanges are only the import order from oxfmt, plusbuild.test.ts: Vitest 5 no longer mocks adata:URL import, so the test imports the bundle for real.dist/cli.jshas the same imports as before. The author should do the following, if applicable
pnpm run check:fixto format and lint the code
