Document interrupted HTTP/2 connections and unanswered health-check PINGs under
origin_response_incomplete. Explain the connection inactivity timing, why the error does not identify the failing network hop, and why a response interrupted after headers cannot become a branded error page.Preserve the warning against automatically replaying a request that may already have succeeded.
