I checked this and Korean, Chinese and Japanese (under Novel Type) load fine for me. The site returns about 20 novels for each, same as Popular. Could you share a screenshot of the filter screen you're using? Also, does Most Popular load for you, or is everything empty? If everything is empty, try opening the site in webview first, since it's probably Cloudflare blocking the request.
