`listAwardAnnouncements()` and `getAwardAnnouncement()` cover `/api/news/award_announcements/`, with all twenty filters typed, the `AwardAnnouncement` model, a registered shape schema with the `awardees(...)` and `organization(...)` expands, and list and detail default shapes. Every row names its `source`; `makegov_generated` rows are written by MakeGov from FPDS data with a language model and are not government text. The vendored API contract moves to 5.14.0. The vendored contract now tracks Tango API 5.14.0, and the conformance baseline and gate maps follow it.
The gate test that relied on them now proves its point with the still-baselined assistance resources.
