Publish Test Results fails on the Windows runner: no Python interpreter #68
The step Publish Test Results of the Build workflow uses EnricoMi/publish-unit-test-result-action/windows@v2. On the windows-2022 image it finds no Python interpreter and fails, so the build shows a failure after the tests have passed and no comment with the test results appears on pull requests. A pull request from a fork would not get the comment in any case: its token is read-only.
Proposal
Publish the results from a second workflow on ubuntu-latest, started by workflow_run after Build, as FAKE and FSharp.Data.GraphQL do. The build uploads the .trx files and the event file as artifacts; the new workflow publishes the comment, the check and the badge.
