Each link in the documentation index now has a thematic emoji
prepended to make the page more scannable and visually engaging.
Applied to all 17 language versions on aligned line numbers.
The page contains documentation of automatic type conversion (date,
boolean, numeric), not entity mapping. Renaming clarifies the purpose
and frees the `mapping` URL for upcoming entity mapping documentation.

…ette#1079)

Incorporates the docs from nette#1079, verified against the plugin's
"added host option and normalized dev server URL" change: host option,
0.0.0.0/true normalization to localhost, CORS/allowedHosts handling.
Upgrade notes used to live in one global migrations/ directory, mixed
across all packages, while database/ and utils/ already carried their own
upgrading.texy. This consolidates everything on the per-package model, so
the notes sit next to the package they describe.

- add upgrading.texy to 15 packages (cs+en), sections ordered from the
newest version down to the oldest
- migrations/ becomes a lightweight hub: how to upgrade + links to the
per-package pages; the migrations: URL keeps working
- drop the pre-componentization guides (2.0-2.2). Nette split into
separate packages in 2.2, so per-package notes start at 2.3
- drop the balast: minimum PHP versions, composer.json version blocks,
composer-frontline.php and the cosmetic I-prefix interface renames
- use the term "upgrading" rather than "migration"; migration now only
means switching technology, as in Latte's cookbook
- link Upgrading from the packages' left menus
Fifteen sections had no menu of their own and borrowed nette:@menu-topics
or www:@menu-common, so their pages were unreachable from the navigation.
Each of them now has its own @left-menu.texy, and every menu on
doc.nette.org ends with a Further Reading group, so none of them leads
only inwards.

The main topics list moved from nette/@menu-topics into the nette left
menu, where the whole section shows it instead of just Configuring. Its
cs and en copies are deleted, the other languages keep theirs until they
are retranslated. Also listed the five Latte extension pages that were
reachable only from prose.
The web application used to suppress the left menu on the homepage of
every subdomain book, which also hit ai.nette.org and texy.nette.info,
where the menu is wanted. Suppression is now explicit here instead: the
landing pages of nette.org, doc.nette.org, Latte, Tracy, Tester and Dibi
carry {{leftbar: no}}, and any homepage without it shows its menu.

The directive is language neutral and the translator never touches its
value, so it is added to all languages at once to keep the landing pages
consistent until the next translation run.
In the left menu of both sections, and in the places where the course
continues the text. Replaces the link to the archived di-example-doc.
