What does this Pull Request accomplish?
Enable testing with Python 3.15.
Disable testing with Python 3.9.
Unlock PyPy version because pypy/pypy#5388 has been fixed for a while now.
Reduce set of versions for cache hit testing and other special cases to avoid hitting GitHub Actions cache limit.
Replace
pip listwithimportlib.metadatain one test because a venv that is installed viapoetryreally has no reason to have an up-to-datepipinstalled.Why should this Pull Request be merged?
