Adds Localization/tr.lproj, with the same English keys as ru.lproj and the values translated into Turkish by a native speaker.
Apple names follow Turkish macOS: Sistem Ayarları, Genel › Aygıt Yönetimi, Yazma Araçları, Uzamsal Fotoğraflar, iPhone Yansıtma, Araştır (Look Up), Sahne Yöneticisi, Sistem Bütünlüğü Koruması, Çöp Sepeti, Kitaplık, Müzik, Kitaplar, Harita, Borsa, Haberler, Günlük. Names macOS keeps in English stay as they are (Apple Intelligence, Siri, Genmoji, Image Playground, Finder, Dock, Safari, Spotlight, Game Center, Time Machine, Freeform).
Plurals use Turkish one and other. Turkish keeps the noun singular after a number, so both forms read the same (“3 değişiklik hazır”).
Where Turkish word order differs, the format strings use positional arguments (%2$@ depolama alanının %1$@ kadarı modeller).
There was no open issue for Turkish, so this doesn't close one.
Test plan
python3 tools/check-localization.py tr: 441 entries, 0 strings without a translation
plutil -lint accepts both files; every value has the same %@ / %lld arguments as its key
tools/build-app.sh and removemacai selftest pass
Rendered the pages with REMOVEMACAI_SNAPSHOTS from a debug build with -AppleLanguages (tr) and checked Overview, Apple Intelligence, every Customize page, Background Items, Storage and Undo. Nothing is cut off.
Tested on macOS 27.0 (26A428), Apple silicon.

New Features
Added Turkish translations for the app’s interface, feature descriptions, settings, dialogs, and status messages.
Turkish translations are also available for command-line prompts and pluralized messages, including notices about changes, protected items, snapshots, and feature settings. Placeholders are preserved so translated messages can display dynamic values correctly.

- Line 301: Update the Turkish translation’s shortcut instruction to use Apple’s
Turkish key names and ordering: replace “Command-Shift-Nokta” with
“Shift-Komut-Nokta”.
- Line 64: Update the Turkish localization for “%@ of models out of %@ of
storage” and the corresponding model-size entry so formatted size placeholders
are described as storage amounts, not model names, and the Turkish word order is
complete and natural.
- Line 212: Update the Turkish localization entry for “Notes transcription
summaries” to use Apple’s terminology, “Notlar'da döküm özetleri”; do not change
the unrelated “Messages summaries” entry shown in the diff.
- Line 217: Update the Turkish localization values for “Photos Clean Up” and
“Photos Clean Up models” to use “Düzeltme” consistently, preserving the existing
localization keys.

Applied all four review notes in the latest commit, after checking each one against macOS 27's own Turkish strings:
Photos uses Düzelt for Clean Up, and Döküm is the Turkish word for transcripts, so both now follow Apple.
The Command key is Komut on Apple's Turkish support pages (Shift-Komut-3), so it's now Shift-Komut-Nokta.
%@ in the model strings is a size, so those strings now read as sizes. The same fix also applies to "Deleted %@ of Apple Intelligence models" and " and %@ of models".
tools/check-localization.py tr still reports 0 missing, and the selftest passes.

Preserve the aggregate model-size meaning.
%@ in Welcome.swift receives UISize.of(model.modelTotal), so it contains a storage amount such as 3 GB. These translations describe one singular model instead of a quantity of model data. Use aggregate wording such as Apple Intelligence modellerinden %@ silindi. and ve toplam %@ model verisi. (raw.githubusercontent.com)
