Two PIDs are requested:

• 1209:D1ED for the release firmware (vendor HID interface only), the product;
• 1209:D1EE for the debug firmware, which adds a CDC serial console. Both builds are published with every release. Their interface sets differ, and hosts (Windows in particular) cache device descriptors per VID:PID, so sharing one PID makes switching between the two builds unreliable.

The project has used the test PIDs 1209:0001 and 1209:0002 during first development phase.
