Adds the CrawlProof tracker (project
687dc08f-0b95-44ee-9774-b4d86cd4f932) to every page, and allows https://crawlproof.com inscript-srcandconnect-srcso the strict CSP does not block the script or its events. Without it the site has no traffic data in fleet-nightly.Tests: 68/68 pass.
