2 files: the committed-data script docstring and two older changelog entries now explain the check without figures from one audit; behavior, thresholds and tests are unchanged.

What changes

  • committed_personal_data.py docstring: the reasons for the repository-total default and for the fixture label keep their argument but drop the per-audit counts.
  • CHANGELOG.md entries for 1.624.0 and 1.625.0: the same edit. The counts this repository reports about its own files stay.
  • The matching release notes get the same text.

Verification

Tests: test_committed_personal_data.py 30/30 run (1 of 31 skipped), test_committed_personal_data_fixture_label.py 13/13, test-review-checks-committed-data.sh 12/12, privacy gate clean, size-ratchet ok, git diff --check clean

The committed_personal_data.py docstring and two older CHANGELOG entries quoted figures from one audit. They now give the same reasoning without those numbers. Behavior, thresholds, output and tests are unchanged; the counts this repository reports about its own files stay.
