📝 Walkthrough

The top menu surface now spans the page, while .menu-bar uses a centered --width-content column with border-box sizing. Layout tests check these rules across CSS blocks, and theme-bar test descriptions now refer to menu-column alignment.

The menu surface can span the page, while its centered content bar uses --width-content and border-box sizing. Tests check these CSS rules and describe theme-bar alignment relative to the menu content column.
