Motivation
Default lock-file exclusions use a separate JavaScript fast path when no ignore patterns are configured, duplicating the native matching path.
Changes
Use the native matcher for default rules and configured patterns, retaining batch matching and user negations. Default lock-file matching now consistently uses the same case-insensitive semantics as configured patterns.
