Fix avo patched_versions for CVE-2026-53769 and CVE-2026-55518

The patched_versions for these two avo advisories use pessimistic constraints (~> 3.32.0 / ~> 3.32.1), which only match 3.32.x. As a result, every later 3.x release (e.g. avo 3.33.1) is reported as vulnerable by bundler-audit, even though it contains the fixes.

The upstream GHSA ranges:

• GHSA-pqpw-cvm4-8mv9 (CVE-2026-53769): vulnerable >= 2.28.0, < 3.32.0, first patched 3.32.0
• GHSA-8fq9-273g-6mrg (CVE-2026-55518): vulnerable <= 3.32.0, first patched 3.32.1 (and 4.0.0.beta.51 on the 4.x line)

This changes the 3.x patched ranges to >= 3.32.0, < 4.0.0.beta.1 and >= 3.32.1, < 4.0.0.beta.1. The upper bound keeps the unpatched 4.0 betas flagged; the existing >= 4.0.0.beta.* entries are unchanged.
